I'm Kambrie Wright the owner and creator of Luxe Skin & Artistry. I have always had a deep passion for the beauty industry and all that it offers. As I was putting myself through college I decided that it was time to follow my passion and learn a new skill. So with the support of my husband, I went ahead and got myself educated and certified in microblading. Microblading has been a game changer for many as it allows women to enhance their natural beauty. One of the best parts about my job is getting to see the confidence transform in my clients right before my eyes! Becoming a microblading artist has truly been such a rewarding experience for me. Once I graduated from ISU I decided it was time to dive deeper into my business, and I began looking into continued education as well as expansions. You can schedule your appointment by phone or online. Reservations for your appointment are held with a credit card or gift certificate. How do I choose the right service? We offer complimentary consultations with scheduled appointments, and can make recommendations to fit your wants and needs. What can I expect from my service provider during my service? Your service provider will consult with you prior to the service to find out your goals and preferences, and can make recommendations if appropriate. She will let you know what to expect, and will find out if you have any special needs or concerns. Are reservations/appointments necessary? We highly recommend making reservations online or by calling ahead, but feel free to call on short notice, as we may have a last minute opening or cancellation. Do you offer gift certificates? Absolutely! Beauty services are the perfect gift. Purchase an instant gift certificate online or feel free to contact us and we can have one ready for you to pick up in person at the studio. We encourage recipients to use certificates within 6 months of purchase to avoid expiration. What methods of payment do you accept? Cash, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, Salon gift cards, and Venmo. How does the tipping process work? What is normal? Our prices do not automatically include gratuities for service providers, but our system may ask if you would like to leave a tip when checking out. Tipping is optional, but if the service meets or exceeds your expectations it is definitely appreciated. The industry standard is 15%-20% of your total service fee. What if I misplaced my gift certificate? Your certificate is considered the same as cash. It is necessary to keep track of this valuable property. Please contact your service provider to see if she can look up your gift certificate purchase history and issue you a new one. Do you allow children in the Studio? We ask that you respect our studio staff's space by leaving your children at home. Your service provider needs her full attention during your service to ensure no mistakes or accidents happen. This also allows you time for yourself to enjoy your service. If children are running around or getting into things your service provider will ask you to reschedule. What are your Covid-19 precautions? We keep all of our spaces clean and disinfected before and after each client. Masks are NOT required, but clients are welcome to wear theirs if it makes them feel more comfortable. Do you have a service guarantee policy? If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us while at the studio and we will try our best to meet your expectations. Once you leave the studio it is at the utmost importance that you follow aftercare instructions precisely and TRUST the healing process. *NO PETS ALLOWED. Service animals welcome.* | GENERAL POLICIES | PRICING POLICY: All of our prices are subject to change. Each client is different, so it is not uncommon for adjustments to be made to find what best suits your needs. REFUND POLICY: Product refunds must be done within 72 hours of purchase with the original receipt. Refunds will not be accepted if products have been opened or damaged. There are no refunds on any services completed or deposits paid. Additionally, there are no refunds on purchased gift cards. CANCELLATION POLICY: I allow my clients to reschedule with me twice. All cancellations need to be made 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, this will allow me the time needed to fill your spot. If you cancel your appointment without a 24 hour notice you will be charged 30% of the service. After two cancellations you will be charged the remaining balance of the service before being allowed to rebook. I will not service you after a third cancellation, no exceptions. I understand things come up and appointments will need to be rescheduled from time to time. Communication is key. NO SHOW POLICY: I do not allow no show appointments whatsoever. Any persons who does not appear to their appointment without prior written explanation will be marked as a no show and will no longer to book with me in the future. LATE POLICY: If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late we are going to need to reschedule. Please let me know beforehand if you are going to be late. I understand things happen, but I have other scheduled clients as well. In order to accommodate all of my clients fairly, I cannot accept clients that will be more than 15 minutes late. You will be charged for 30% off the service that you missed. The remaining balance will be due at the time of your next appointment. Thank you for understanding. SICK POLICY: If you are sick please contact me to reschedule. If you come to your appointment sick I will ask you to leave and reschedule. Your safety and mine are more important than your appointment. DEPOSIT POLICY I require a 20% nonrefundable booking fee on all of my appointment requests. Your deposit fee comes off the cost of your total appointment cost. Your deposit fee is due at the time of scheduling, no exceptions. Once your deposit fee is paid your scheduled appointment will be secured. If you request an appointment and do not pay your deposit fee within 12 hours of scheduling your appointment will not be secured, and I will allow someone else to book at that time. All deposits are nonrefundable. AGE POLICY: No persons under the age of 16 years old is eligible to receive any form of PMU or tattoo service. Any persons 16-17 years old must have a parent/guardian signature and they must also accompany the minor to their appointment. Any persons of 18 years or older does not need a parent or guardian signature. | PMU POLICIES | 6 WEEK TOUCH UP POLICY: All touch up sessions must be scheduled within the 4-8 week time frame. If you wait till after the eight weeks to schedule your touch up appointment, it is no longer free, and you will be charged a fee of $100-$150. If you contact me for your touch up anytime after the 12 week mark your appointment will no longer be charged as a touch up, but as a yearly color booster. ADDITIONAL TOUCH UP POLICY: I will no longer be offering a free third touch up for clients. I have the best product to work with all types of skin types, so it is important that you are following your after-care instructions precisely. You must wait at least 60 days before scheduling another touch up session. A third touch up session will cost an additional $100-$150. COLOR BOOSTER POLICY: A Color Booster appointment is recommneded when your brows have faded at least 50%. In order to keep the integrity of your skin and keep it healthy please only schedule your appointmnet if your brows have faded 50%. You may submit pictures to browsbykambriewright@gmail.com if you are unsure of if your brows are faded enough. COLOR CORRECTION POLICY: All color corrections starting price is $500 and is subject to change/increase. If you have been previously micro-bladed by another artist I will require a consultation before I agree to fix your brows, and total cost will be discussed during that time. I will not go over another artist work as a "yearly touch up" or "6-8 week touch up" at my regular clients cost. All non virgin brows done by another artist will be considered a new set of brows + correction/removal. REMOVAL POLICY: All removals starting price is $350 and is subject to change/increase. If you have been previously micro-bladed by another artist I will require a consultation before I agree to fix your brows, and total cost will be discussed during that time. All non virgin brows done by another artist will be considered a new set of brows + correction/removal. PRE-CARE & AFTER-CARE POLICY: The Pre-Care and After-Care instructions are in place to ensure you get the best results possible. It is your responsibility to follow them precisley. If you fail to follow these instructions you are willingly subjecting yourself to the following; poor results, infection, pigment not holding, scar damage, pigment color change, etc... Your pre-care and after-care instructions are sent to you prior to your appoinment (at the time of booking) and repeated to you at the time of your appointment. If at any point you have questions regarding your pre or post care or you have not received your instructiins at the time of scheduling, you may message Kambrie. Stay off of google. If you have extensive questions including your health, you may contact your physician. Kambrie does not give medical advice or diagnose whatsoever. Furthermore, it is your responsibility to notify Kambrie immediatley if you have failed to follow any of you pre or post care instructions. | TATTOO POLICIES | CUSTOM TATTOOS: I require a drawing fee that is separate from your tattoo cost. This fee ranges from $25-$50. Additionally, artwork will not be drawn up until you have scheduled your appointment and have paid your drawing fee & appointment deposit. All custom designs need to be submitted to me no later than 3 weeks prior to your scheduled appointment. You may submit all custom designs to luxeskinandartistry@gmail.com TOUCH UPS: Touch ups of my own work are $50. If I am touching up another artist’s work, the cost increases. HAND TATTOOS: Hand & finger tattoos do not hold well and frequently need touched up. I may offer you ONE free touch up within a 6 week timeframe from initial session. After that all touch ups will be $50. REFUNDS: There are no refunds on your deposit, drawing fee, or tattoo(s). NOTE: I only offer fine line & tiny tattoos. I do not offer art pieces that require a lot of shading or color. LUXE SKIN AND ARTISTRY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE. REFERRAL PROGRAM: *Refer a friend to schedule with Kambrie and save at your next appointment. *Leave a review and receive $5 off any service. TO QUALIFY: *Referred person must schedule and complete their first appointment before discount can be used. TO RECEIVE REFERRAL DISCOUNT: *Referred person must message Kambrie who referred them before their next appointment. *Referee must message Kambrie stating who they referred. We will verify and apply your discount at your next appointment. *Discounts cannot be stacked & can only be applied to one service. MENTORSHIPS: I am so excited to start offering mentorships. After years of experience and continued education, I wanted to offer beginner artist something more. I see so many simple mistakes made by new artists that can be easily avoided and corrected. As an instructor it is so important to me that all of my students receive the best possible education and information possible. Each mentorship will include one on one time with me discussing and going over product knowledge, different techniques and patterns, my favorite websites, advertising advice, pricing options, policy recommendations, and so much more. Keep in mind this is not a beginner training course. Mentorships are for already certified PMU artists to come shadow me and/or further your education. CANCELLATION POLICY & NO SHW POLICY:
I allow my clients to reschedule with me twice. All cancellations need to be made 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, this will allow me the time needed to fill your spot. If you cancel your appointment without a 48 hour notice you will be charged for the 30% of the service and counted as a "no show". After two no shows you will be charged the remaining balance of the service before being allowed to rebook. I will not service you after a third cancellation or no show. No exceptions. I understand things come up and appointments will need to be rescheduled from time to time. Communication is key.
